Dear Friends,
Thank you very much for your kind offers to help me by bringing something. Currently, I believe I can cope with all these savoury stuff and soft drinks. Marriage with a Dutchman earned me some virtues such as hosting 30 people twice a year!:))
But, do not feel obliged not to bring anything. If this appeals you, I am sure something typical from your own country can be an excellent choice for all those that will attend the event.

Hi Binnur,
It says on my train timetable that I should arrive at the main Heppenheim Bahnhof at 11:02 (I will be leaving at 9:39 from Wiesbaden).
I was planning on taking a bus and doing some walking to get to know the town a bit, but maybe if I get lost I will phone you?
I just don't want to cause any inconveniences, since I know you will be busy with the cooking/preparation.
I will bring my "handy" for sure, so we'll be in phone contact.

I will attend the powwow tomorrow, the only thing is, I must pick up my son from the "Jugendfeuerwehr" and maybe I'll not make it before 13:00 or 13:30. Is that ok with you? Unfortunaltely I haven't got your telephone no. to call you. Anyway don't wait for me, just begin. I'll try to do my best to reach you in time.

We will be able to see each other for sure. Petra and Ivette are just around the corner. Besides, why not informing us about a conference (we can sometimes go there together (like Dilek, Semra and Özden managed)? From my experience, conference is a kind of holiday as well. ganz herzlichen Dank für das informationsreiche Treffen in HP und die leckere Verköstigung! Du hast dir wirklich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und ich habe einiges an neuem Wissen mit nach Hause genommen.
