Los beneficios pactados en este convenio colectivo se harán efectivos respetando la vigencia del convenio colectivo suscrito el 21 de diciembre del 2011; esto es, a partir del 01 de setiembre del 2014, con excepción de los beneficios que se pacten con una fecha de pago distinta.
Ambas partes reconocen que durante la Revisión integral de Beneficios se ha mantenido un diálogo abierto y alturado, habiéndose intercambiado propuestas constructivas, a fin de satisfacer los intereses de los trabajadores y de la empresa. Este esfuerzo representa un cambio positivo en la gestión de las relaciones laborales en XXXX S.A.A.
1. VIGENCIA:
La vigencia del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo es de cuatro (04) años; rige desde el 01 de septiembre del 2014 y se extenderá hasta el 31 de agosto del 2018.
2. EDICIÓN Y ENTREGA DE CONVENIO:
La Empresa editará y entregará a los trabajadores el compendio del presente convenio colectivo en un folleto impreso y encuadernado.
En forma previa a la edición, el Sindicato recibirá un borrador del documento a fin que pueda revisarlo y corroborar la versión final para su edición e impresión correspondiente.
Asimismo, la Empresa conviene en entregar adicionalmente a la Organización Sindical 1,000 ejemplares del convento colectivo editado.
The benefits agreed upon in this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be effective according to the efficacy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement executed on December 21, 2011 (as of September 1, 2014), except for any benefits agreed upon with a different payment date.
Both parties agree that, during the Comprehensive Benefits Review, there has been open and high-quality dialog, exchanging constructive proposals, in order to satisfy any interests of the workers and the company. This effort in turn represents a positive change in the management of the work relationship at XXXX S.A.A.
1. TERM:
This Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be valid for four (04) years, starting on September 1, 2014 and ending on August 31, 2018.
2. AGREEMENT REVIEW AND DELIVERY:
The Company shall review and deliver the summary of this Collective Bargaining Agreement to the workers in a printed and bound brochure.
Prior to the foregoing review, the Labor Union shall receive a draft thereof for the purposes of reviewing it and bearing out the final version for its pertaining edition and printing.
Moreover, the Company agrees to additionally deliver 1000 copies of the edited Collective Bargaining Agreement to the Labor Union.
