While organizations traditionally took a top-down approach to develop products and services (we know what you need), now they increasingly involve users and other relevant stakeholders in the design process to co-create those products and services (bottom-up). This handbook is exactly about that: how to involve users and other stakeholders on the identification of problems, and development of innovative solutions. Without deep understanding and insight into what motivates and drives people's behavior in practice, public managers cannot hope to come up with solutions that work in the real world. Co-creation represents a new paradigm for innovation in government that requires applying citizen-centric research and design thinking.
CO-CREATION IS ABOUT THE MUTUAL CREATION OF COHERENT NEW SOLUTIONS THAT WORK FOR THE VARIOUS PARTIES INVOLVED
Cocreation in the public sector is a partnership between citizens, relevant stakeholders and public services to achieve a valued outcome. Such partnerships empower citizens to contribute more of their own resources - time, will power, expertise and effort - and have greater control over service decisions and resources.
Creating new solutions with people and partners, not for them, can help drive radical innovation in the public sector. By focusing on citizens' own experiences and resources, co-creation can help identify truly valuable services. Public managers should embrace co-creation to deliver better services and outcomes at less cost.

Hello! I am a professional translator with a serious work attitude, a fast mind and a keen eye for detail.
At the moment, I am only interested in new clients offering the following: game translations for high quality games including pc/console/mobile apps, adventure, puzzle, hidden object, RPGs, story-rich, casual, and board games. This excludes casino/betting, quick money schemes, 18+ games and shooters.

I like to work with clients who appreciate a personal approach. In my free time I love to go out for dinner, have a cup of coffee (or two) and some good conversation with friends and play Guild Wars 2, Seekers Notes or Adventure Escape Mysteries.
