Comma usage rules, please Jun 5, 2013

Please include something about the widely-extended misuse of the comma after the subject in castellano. It is one of the most irritating and virtually ubiquitous errors in Spanish speakers, frequently perpetrated by otherwise thoroughly well-educated writers.

...and no response, nary a peep.
Ho hum, I suppose I'll just have to continue my own self-imposed mission to nag punctuation abusers into acquiescence - particularly the perpetrators of the ubiquitous dodgy apostrophe in English and those of the rogue unnecessary comma inveterately inserted willy-nilly after the subject of the sentence in Spanish.
