Our translations are done by a pool of translators that we have carefully pre-tested, and we offer three quality levels to suit your budget. If you're not satisfied with a translation, you can reject it for a full refund or have it re-translated. So far, though, many of our customers give us 5/5 for quality in their feedback after a translation, and our rejection rate is under 1%. We think that's pretty good.
