• Las presentes cuentas anuales del ejercicio finalizado el 31 de marzo de 2010 han sido obtenidas de los registros contables de la Sociedad, y se presentan de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 1514/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Plan General de Contabilidad y las disposiciones legales en materia contable obligatorias, de forma que muestran la imagen fiel del patrimonio, de la situación financiera, de los resultados de la Sociedad y de los flujos de efectivo habidos durante el correspondiente ejercicio.
• No existen razones excepcionales por las que, para mostrar la imagen fiel, no se hayan aplicado disposiciones legales en materia contable.
• Las cuentas anuales del ejercicio finalizado el 31 de marzo de 2010 han sido formuladas por el Consejo de Administración y se someterán a la aprobación del Acta del Socio Único, estimándose que serán aprobadas sin modificación alguna.

True and fair view.
• These annual accounts for the period ending 31 March 2010 have been obtained from the company's accounting records and are presented according to Royal Decree 1514/2007 (16 November), which approved the General Accounting Plan, and the legal provisions on obligatory accounting matters, in such a way that these accounts manifest a true and fair view of the equity, financial situation, company results and cash flow during this period.
• There are no exceptional reasons why the legal provisions in the accounting field have not been applied in order to show the true and fair view.
• The annual accounts for the period ending on 31 March 2010 have been prepared by the Board of Directors and will be submitted for approval to the Single Shareholders' Meeting, the Board anticipating that these statements will be approved without any modifications.

Texto de origen - español PRIMERO.- La Ley 31/1995 de 8 de noviembre de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, en vigor desde el 11 de febrero de 1996, establece los principios generales relativos a la prevención de los riesgos profesionales para la protección de la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, mediante la promoción de la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo, como obligación expresa que recae en el empresario.
SEGUNDO.- El Real Decreto 39/1997 de 17 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención recuerda que la prevención debe integrarse en todos los niveles jerárquicos de la empresa, debiendo incluir la prevención de riesgos en cualquier actividad que realicen u ordenen y en todas las decisiones que adopte la empresa.
TERCERO.- Que no se da en el cliente la exigencia de constituir servicio de prevención propio al no incurrir en el mismo los requisitos que establece el Art. 14 del Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención, estando interesados en disponer de servicio de prevención ajeno.
CUARTO.- El cliente realiza actividades relacionadas en el Anexo I del Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención.
Traducción - inglés FIRST. – That the Occupational Health and Safety Act 31/1995 of 8th November, which has been in force since 11th February 1996 and is intended to protect the health and safety of employees through the promotion of better working conditions, establishes the general occupational health and safety principles that apply to employers as express obligations.
SECOND.- That Royal Decree 39/1997 of 17th January, which approved the Health and Safety Services Regulation, states that health and safety must be integrated into all of the levels of the company’s hierarchy, and that health and safety must be included in any activity performed or ordered and in all decisions taken by the company.
THIRD.- That the client is not required to create its own health and safety service because it does not fall within the requirements established by Article 14 of the Health and Safety Services Regulation, and it is therefore interested in using an external health and safety service.

Texto de origen - español Resumen: Este trabajo analiza el proceso de convergencia real de las economías de la Unión Europea ampliada en el periodo 1995 a 2009. A partir del PIB per cápita, se comprueba que se han producido avances importantes en la convergencia de tipo beta que, no obstante, no han sido homogéneos ni entre países, ni a lo largo del horizonte temporal contemplado. Parte de la convergencia se ha debido al efecto estadístico producido por el hecho de que las grandes economías han crecido débilmente, así como a los flujos migratorios del este al oeste de la Unión. En los dos últimos años (2008-09) la convergencia se ha detenido, o incluso revertido, aunque esta dinámica empieza a manifestarse antes del comienzo de la recesión. La continuidad del proceso de convergencia depende actualmente de los mismos factores que están entorpeciendo la recuperación económica.
Traducción - inglés Abstract: This paper analyses the process of real convergence of the economies in the enlarged European Union from 1995 to 2009. Using GDP per capita, it can be shown that there have been significant advances in beta-type convergence, but that these have not been homogenous, either between countries or over the time period examined. Part of this convergence arises because of the statistical effect produced by the weak growth in the large economies and the migratory flows within the EU from East to West. This convergence has stalled, or even reversed, over the last two years (2008-2009), although this trend started to become evident even before the recession began. Continued convergence currently depends on the very same factors that are hindering the economic recovery.

No / Si Forzado Cortina Aire: Cuando no se detecte caudal de llenado durante un tiempo ajustado en pantalla se detiene el llenado. Pulsando Marcha se reanuda y si se tiene seleccionado Si Forzado Cortina Aire se activará durante un pequeño tiempo la cortina aire para intentar desatascar el tubo de llenado. Si se tiene seleccionado No Forzado Cortina Aire no se activará el soplado al reanudar el llenado.
Utilizar Nivel Min. Tolva / No Utilizar Nivel Mínimo Tolva: La ensacadora funcionará mientras tengamos nivel mínimo en la tolva. Es decir, cuando perdamos el nivel, la ensacadora se detendrá hasta tener material otra vez. Es posible anular esta operación a través del pulsador. Al pulsar, nos aparecerá la opción No Utilizar Nivel Mínimo Tolva, de esta forma las ensacadoras no se detienen cuando se pierde la señal de nivel mínimo.

No/Yes Force Inner Clip Airflow: Filling is stopped when no filling flow is detected for a time set using the screen. Pressing Start/Stop resumes operations and if the Yes Force Inner Clip Airflow is selected, for a short period of time the air flow will be activated to try to unblock the filling tube. If No Force Inner Clip Airflow is selected, the airflow will not be activated when the filling resumes.
Use Hopper Minimum Level/Do Not Use Hopper Minimum Level: The packer will operate as long as we have a minimum level in the hopper. In other words, when the level is not met the packer will stop until it once again has material. This operation can be cancelled using this button. On pressing it, the option Do Not Use Hopper Minimum Level appears and the packers will not stop when they lose the minimum level signal.

I specialise in Spanish to English translations. I am a native English speaker from the UK and I am fluent in Spanish (DELE superior). For the last nine years I have been working as a full-time translator and have been splitting my time between Spain and England to ensure that my knowledge of the language and culture of each of these countries is up-to-date. I have also completed a distance learning course with Cardiff University as preparation for the Institute of Linguists exam “Diploma of Translation Studies".
I have a degree and master’s degree in Economics and twelve years of experience as an Economist. In my previous career, writing formed an extremely important element of my work. Whilst working for the Government I was required to write public documents to explain the decisions taken by my Ministry. Whilst working in the private sector my job was to influence the Government and to do so I needed to write papers setting out our position clearly and persuasively. In addition, I have worked as a freelance English teacher in the past and this has strengthened my grammatical foundation. I also have a very wide vocabulary.
In my time as a translator I have completed a number of different translations ranging from general translations such as letters, websites, presentations, in-company magazines, etc to more technical translations, largely in the area of economics and business but also in the legal area, including the translation of contracts, and in the area if science/engineering. My translations include a book relating to the architect Le Corbusier which was published by MIT press early in 2011 and voted one of the best 10 new design books by the Independent newspaper.
Soy inglesa y bilingüe. Llevo once años en España y he aprobado el examen DELE Superior (C2), el más avanzado examen en español que ofrece el Instituto Cervantes (la organización oficial para exámenes).
Tengo más de nueve años de experiencia como traductora. He hecho traducciones para unas cuantas agencias y clientes directos. Últimamente he completado un curso a distancia con la universidad de Cardiff, Reino Unido, como preparación para el Diploma de Traducción del Instituto de Lingüistas en Inglaterra. El diploma es al nivel de postgrado.
En mi anterior carrera profesional, escribir era una parte muy importante de mi trabajo. Trabajé como funcionaria y tuve que escribir documentos públicos para explicar las decisiones que tomaba mi ministerio. Además, mientras trabajaba para la empresa privada, mi trabajo era influir en el gobierno y por eso tenía que escribir documentos exponiendo nuestras opiniones en una manera clara y persuasiva. Además, llevo tres años como profesora de inglés y eso me ha potenciado mi base de gramática. También tengo un vocabulario muy extenso.
Durante mis años como traductora he completado varias traducciones, desde las de tipo general, como cartas, páginas Web, etcétera, hasta las más técnicas, en la mayoría sobre la economía o negocios. Incluso he hecho la traducción de un libro sobre el arquitecto Le Corbusier por MIT Press y el libro fue nombrado por el periodico The Independent como uno de los mejores 10 libros nuevos de diseño.
