Around 22 years experience before I open my own agency, VIP Language. I moved from California, where I lived for 25 years, to a beach resort community located in Costa Rica. Here the need for translation in many languages is great. Americans, Canadians, Italians, German and French are the prevalent languages spoken here by thousands of residents who came to live by the beach. My Agency is the only of its type here. I prefer to use the profesionals at Proz than any other form of translator. They are great and very reliable.

UPDATE:  Moved to Florida, USA in 2015 and since then, work from my home where I adequate a room for office, with all the tools of a professional office.  I love working from my  home office.  I use the Zoom platform for video conferencing as well. My experience is decades of interpreting.  I love language interpretation more than anything in the world.  

I started my profession here in Florida, interpreting for the court house in a small town where I was the only Spanish speaker.  The judge made me a the official interpreter due to my background with languages and Cambridge certificate.  That was 40 years ago, then I pursued a lot more studies and decided that was my call.
