I have been working as a professional subtitler and subtitle proofreader since 1898. I started in Venezuela, my home country, at Softni Corporation, one of the
first subtitling companies in South America at that time. From 1992 until July
2004, I worked as a translator/proofreader/subtitler and subtitling trainer at
HBO LAG, an international cable TV network in Venezuela. From July 2004 until
2013, I worked as a freelancetranslator
and subtitler/proofreader for subtitling companies in Venezuela, Miami, Sao
Paulo, Los Angeles and Burbank, California.
From 2013 until 2015 I was Subtitling Manager at
eCaption. Since then, I have continued working as a freelance subtitler/proofreader
for several international subtitling companies also doing subtitles for SDH.
