Texto de origen - inglés Recall that a network is composed of computers and other hardware devices linked together. Each device on a network is called a node. A node can be a computer, a printer or any other kind of hardware that can be accessed over a network. Nodes are typically connected to each other by means of network cables, although you can also establish connections using phone lines, satellites, and infrared signals. If the network nodes are close together, as they would be in a computer lab at your school or the Milleniumm office suite, the network is called a local area network, or LAN. LANs are most often simply connected with networks cables.
If the nodes are spread out over a wider area, such as across a state or nation, the network is often called wide area network, or WAN. For example, an insurance company with offices in many large cities might be on a WAN, so that an office in Detroit can access information about a client whose insurance history is located on a computer in the San Antonio office. In contrast to a LAN connected by network cables, a WAN often uses satellite connections to exchange data among he nodes, but it might also use phone lines.

I have been learning English from basic school up to Tech High School where I graduated specializing in electronics as an electronics technician. I have been in electronics field and in last years in computer and information technology fields.
Also I have some training in business administration at P. Universidad Catolica de Chile and international import-export training as well.
But, my first paid activity has been salesman and representative agent. My second paid activity has been teaching English and translating from English to Spanish.
I think I have a good translation in general matters and especially in the fields indicated above and in other fields elsewhere indicated in this profile.
