Professional Organizations
I am a certified member of the American Translators Association and the Colorado Translators Association. I have attended professional conferences offered by both organizations.

I have been an Adjunct Professor of Spanish at Colorado Mountain College in Carbondale, Colorado, and have also worked as a Faculty Director for Summer Spanish Immersion and served on the International Programs Committee.

I am an active alumnus of Teach for America and served two years as a Teach for America teacher in Phoenix, Arizona.

I have worked professionally in the fields of language education and linguistics for the past 20 years. I have completed professional development and lived abroad in Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Chile, Spain, Panama, and Peru.
