I am a pharmaceutical-technical assistant with work experience and I have a German Diploma in technical translation (English/Spanish - German). Due to my pharmaceutical
background, I mainly specialize in the domains of life sciences, chemicals and laboratory. Clinical trial materials have been a special focus in the last few years.
I have been working as a freelance translator since 2007. Of this time, I was based in Spain for more than 8 years and returned back to Germany in 2016. In my studies
at the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal I specialized in economy and law. Two compulsory semesters abroad I spent at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and working as a trainee translator at Eurotext translations in Dublin, Ireland, where I was able to gather experience in the translation of technical texts in subject fields such as refrigeration and IT, but also in marketing and tourism. I am interested in many topics, a meticulous researcher and regular CPD activities are very important to me. In consequence, I was able to gather experience and knowledge in various new areas of expertise.
