Texto de origen - español El presente documento abordara ́ la problema ́tica de proveer una me ́trica formal para estimar la incertidumbre al momento de comenzar un ca ́lculo distribuido entre clientes que funcionan en redes mo ́viles ad-hoc (MANETs). La forma utilizada para dimensionar la incertidumbre relacionada a la concrecio ́n exitosa de un co ́mputo distribuido sobre la infraestructuraderedantesmencionadasebasaenlaTeor ́ıade la Evidencia Dempster-Shafer (TDS). La Entrop ́ıa de Shannon sera ́ el mecanismo formal mediante el cual se estimara ́ el conflicto en los escenarios planteados en este documento. En pos de caracterizar lo expuesto anteriormente, se comenzara ́ por describir el procedimiento por el cual se obtiene la probabilidad de conectividad y se continuara ́ por presentar el modelo de movilidad ma ́s adecuado para las redes MANETs. Finalmente se realizara ́n simulaciones donde se calculara ́n La Entrop ́ıa de Shannon y se presentara ́n las conclusiones obtenidas.
Traducción - inglés This paper addresses the problem of providing a formal metric to estimate uncertainty at the moment of starting a distributed scientific calculation on clients working over mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs). The measurement of uncertainty related to the successful completion of a distributed computation on the aforementioned network infrastructure is based on the Dempster-Shafer Theory of Evidence (DST). Shannon Entropy will be the formal mechanism by which the conflict in the scenarios proposed in this paper will be estimated. In order to characterize this, we will begin with a description of the procedure by which connectivity probability is to be obtained and continue by presenting the mobility model most appropriate for the performed simulations. Finally, simulations will be performed to calculate the Shannon Entropy, after which the corresponding conclusions will be presented.
