Graduated in Printing Administration in Grat Britain in 1966 (London College of Printing) and with studies in Heidelberg (Germany) and Rochester (USA). Started translating from Old Spanish to English in 1965 for John Bartholomew and Sons, map makers, in Edinburgh-Scotland.
