Growing up in Norway I learned Norwegian and English from an early age. As a social anthropologist I'm very interested in other people and cultures. I believe that the best way to get to know new cultures and people is through language. I love how each language opens the doors to a new universe only available to those who speak and understand it.

Through my years as a student I found the opportunities to live in The U.S., Cuba, Nicaragua, Colombia, Brazil and Portugal. While living abroad I've focused on learning the local language and integrate myself into cultural practices when possible. I believe the language and cultural skills I've acquired makes me a great translator. I am a fast learner, good at adapting and curios to translate and learn more about familiar and new topics.
