The Parties further agreed to set up in the study and implementation phases, a Joint Technical Committee (JTC) composed of representatives of the four countries and the two communities, as well as representatives of CEMAC and the Northern Corridor Transit Transport Coordination Authority (ACTT-CN), and a Corridor Management Committee (CMC) in the operation phase. They also agreed to entrust ECCAS with the role of overall coordination and executing body for the studies, with the assistance of the EAC. The project management shall be ensured by the Parties, with the support of the ECCAS General Secretariat and the EAC Secretariat.
