Source text - English This fall semester, our class learned about Latin America’s 19th century. Even though many students have ties of blood or love bonding them to the region, few had ever focused on Latin America’s 19th century before. Almost none learned anything about Latin America when they were in high school. The members of our class could easily put themselves in the shoes of Austin-area high school students who might walk through this exhibit. That was the imaginary audience they had in mind when selecting and explaining the objects displayed here. All of them form part of the Benson Collection’s treasure trove of rare documents, a collection unlike any other in the world.
Translation - Spanish Este semestre, nuestra clase aprendió acerca del siglo XIX en América Latina. A pesar de que muchos estudiantes tienen vínculos de sangre o de amor con la región, pocos han centrado sus estudios en el siglo XIX latinoamericano. Casi ninguno aprendió algo sobre la región en la escuela secundaria. Los miembros de nuestra clase fácilmente podrían ponerse en el lugar de estudiantes de secundaria en Austin que quizás visitarán esta exposición. -On the second row there are two selection boxes to insert internal links and to insert the images into your page.
-Links to other pages (hyperlinks) are done using the button the line below.
-Beneath are two rows buttons displaying familiar icons.
-If you hold the cursor over an editor button, a description of its function will be displayed in a little yellow box beneath the cursor.
-You can do full WYSIWYG editing here and you can also copy/paste from Word, Excel or other programs.
-Make sure to save your changes, before moving to the next page or they will be lost.
2. EDITOR FUNCTIONS
-Changing from the Layout editor to the HTML Editor.
-To change between Edit Mode(Layout) to Edit Mode(HTML) use the icon labelled HTML or Lay out.
-Most of the editing icons are disabled in HTML mode.
-Cut and paste can be achieved using the Ctrl-X,C,V keys.
3. TO INSERT A LINK
-To insert a internal link, highlight the link word in your text.
-Select the link name in the drop box at the top left of the editor.
-Click the adjoining icon.
-To insert a external link, highlight the link word in your text Click the world link icon to the right of the first icon row.
-Type the url: into the pop up box.
4. TO INSERT AN IMAGE
-To insert a image, highlight the link word in your text.
-Select the image name in the drop box at the top left of the editor.
-Click the adjoining icon.
-Before you can do this you must upload (FTP) the image into the images folder using [IMAGES] option.
5. TO INSERT A DOWNLOAD LINK
-To insert a link to a file made available for downloading, highlight the link word in your text Select the file name in the drop box at the top left of the editor(they are listed after the internal links).
-Click the adjoining icon.
-Before you can do this you must upload (FTP) the file into the downloads folder using [DOWNLOADS] option.
-To make a BR-linebreak instead of P-tags, use SHIFT_ENTER.
-When all else fails select edit mode[HTML] and type in the raw HTML code!
-Make sure to save your changes, before moving to the next page or they will be lost.
-Some browsers will not allow you to use Editor's paste functions, but you can still paste using [Edit][Paste] in the browser's top bar.

4.INSERTAR UNA IMAGEN
-Para insertar una imagen, subraye la palabra deseada en su texto.

Source text - English Business (or Strategic) management is the art, science, and craft of formulating, implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable an organization to achieve its long-term objectives.
It is the process of specifying the organization's mission, vision and objectives, developing policies and plans, often in terms of projects and programs, which are designed to achieve these objectives, and then allocating resources to implement the policies and plans, projects and programs.
Strategic management seeks to coordinate and integrate the activities of the various functional areas of a business in order to achieve long-term organizational objectives. A balanced scorecard is often used to evaluate the overall performance of the business and its progress towards objectives.
Strategic management is the highest level of managerial activity. Strategies are typically planned, crafted or guided by the Chief Executive Officer, approved or authorized by the Board of directors, and then implemented under the supervision of the organization's top management team or senior executives.
Strategic management provides overall direction to the enterprise and is closely related to the field of Organization Studies. In the field of business administration it is useful to talk about "strategic alignment" between the organization and its environment or "strategic consistency".
According to Arieu (2007), "there is strategic consistency when the actions of an organization are consistent with the expectations of management, and these in turn are with the market and the context."
