وقتی که عقد نکاح با کلیه ی شرایط معتبره شرعی و قانونی واقع شود به محض وقوع عقد، رابطه زوجیت بین زوجه و زوج ایجاد گشته و می توانند با یکدیگر ارتباط جنسی داشته باشند. از آنجایی که نکاح قراردادی مهم است و از لحاظ فردی و اجتماعی قابل مقایسه با قراردادهای دیگر نیست. شارع شرایط و آثار خاصی برای آن قائل شده که در اغلب موارد اراده افراد نمی تواند این آثار را تغییر دهد. شارع مقدس بر عقد نکاح صحیح آثار و حقوقی برای زوجین وضع نموده و دستوراتی صادر نموده و در هر وردی که حقی برای کسی قائل شده، ناچار تکلیفی برای دیگری یا دیگران ایجاد کرده است. این این روی، حقوقی خاص زوج، حقوقی مخصوص زوجه و حقوقی هم مشترک بین هر دو قرار داده که به تبع تکالیف وظایفی را متوجه هریک می نماید.
Traducción - inglés Abstract
When marriage contract would be carried out with all its legal and regulatory requirements, the couples could be together and have sexual relationship with each other. Since marriage is an important contract in terms of social and individual, it would not be comparable with other contracts. Legislator has legislated some conditions and special effects for that, in most cases people will not be able to change it. Holy Legislator has legislated rights for couples under legal marriage contract, and under its regulations, in every case that it gives rights to someone, someone else must obey it. Therefore, it has some particular rights specified for men, some specified rights for women, and also some common rights that give some duties to be committed by each side.

Traducción - español Los países occidentales especializada en la construcción de ferrocarriles hicieron todos los esfuerzos para comercializar la tecnología. Esto fue porque aquellos países necesitaron ferrocarriles, primero para llevar sus productos agrícolas y tambien tesoros sobresuelo y subterráneos a los puertos y después a los países, y la segunda razón, para transferir sus propios productos manufacturados intensamente pero en un corto período de tiempo y con menos presupuesto. La aventura de ferrocarril en el Imperio Otomano comenzó con los intentos de Inglaterra después de finalización de la su revolución de ferrocarril para asegurar las carreteras que se extienden hacia sus colonias desde Bagdad-Basora hasta la India y Asia.
