Translation/editing/proofreading of texts in the earth sciences/geology, mining (thermal coal), geography, and anthropology.

I have hundreds of articles published in international science journals that are peer-reviewed, translated or edited by me for research scientists.

Extensive work for coal-mining company translating GRI reports, shareholder reports, environmental compliance reports, environmental management plans, near-miss and accident investigations, and more.

My work also includes the translation of several books:
Fieldguide to Calcareous Algae (2009),
Geodiversity and Geological Heritage of Andalusia (2008; 62,000 words),
The Tabernas Desert (a geological field guide, 9,500 words. In press), and
Guide to Sierra Nevada (geological field guide, 43,000 words).

Other recent work includes the substantive and stylistic editing of Hawaii's Humpbacks: Unveiling the Mysteries.
