VIGÉSIMA.- En caso de terminación por cualquier causa, subsistirán todos los efectos ya producidos por este Contrato y las operaciones, contratos, convenios o actos jurídicos realizados a su amparo o en ejecución del mismo, celebrados hasta el momento de su terminación.
El hecho de que el BANCO no ejercite su derecho de dar por vencido anticipadamente este Contrato o rescindirlo, no implicará en forma alguna la aceptación de dicho incumplimiento ni la renuncia del BANCO a sus derechos.
