Texto de origen - italiano ITALIANO AVVISO AL PUBBLICO Istanza di avvio del procedimento di valutazione di impatto ambientale presso la Regione Sicilia relativamente ad una Centrale Solare Termodinamica a Concentrazione di potenza pari a 12 MW e relative opere connesse ed infrastrutturali da ubicare nel Comune di Gela (CL) La società Reflex Solar Power S.r.l. con sede legale a Gela, via Paci 143 informa: A) di aver depositato, presso la Regione Sicilia, quale autorità competente, e presso la Provincia, il Comune e tutti gli enti interessati, ai sensi del D. Lgs 4/2008, istanza di valutazione di impatto ambientale relativa al progetto per la realizzazione di una Centrale Solare Termodinamica a Concentrazione da 12 MW elettrici e delle relative opere connesse ed infrastrutturali, da ubicare nel Comune di Gela; B) che, ai sensi dell’Art. 2 del D.M. 11 Aprile 2008, per Impianto Solare Termodinamico si intende un impianto termoelettrico in cui il calore utilizzato per il ciclo termodinamico è prodotto sfruttando l’energia solare come sorgente di calore ad alta temperatura; C) che, ai sensi dell’art. 2 del D. Lgs. 387/2003, la fonte solare è da intendersi una fonte rinnovabile; D) che alla predetta istanza sono stati allegati, ai sensi dell’Art. 23 del D. Lgs. 4/2008, il Progetto definitivo dell’opera, lo Studio di Impatto Ambientale (di seguito “SIA”), il Progetto Architettonico e tutta la documentazione necessaria al rilascio della Valutazione di Impatto Ambientale (di seguito VIA);	Traducción - inglés ENGLISH NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Application request to the Sicily Region for the initiation of the Environmental Impact Assessment of a 12 MW thermodynamic solar power plant and the related works and infrastructure projects to be located in the municipality of Gela (CL) Reflex Solar Powers S.r.l. (registered office in 143, Via Paci, Gela, ITALY) hereby informs the public that: (A) the aforementioned application request for the initiation of the Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted to the Sicily Region, in the capacity of competent authority, to the Province, the Municipality and all institutions concerned, as stipulated by Legislative Decree No 4/2008; (B) in accordance with Article 2 of the Ministerial Order of 11 April 2008,'Solar Thermal Power Plant' shall refer to a thermoelectric power plant with a thermodynamic cycle in which heat is generated by harnessing solar energy as a high-temperature heat source; (C) in accordance with Article 2 of Legislative Decree No 387/2003, 'Solar Source' is to be understood as renewable source; (D) in accordance with Article 23 of Legislative Decree No 4/2008, the final project plan, the Environmental Impact Study (hereinafter "EIS"), the architectural design and all relevant documentation for the issuing of the Environmental Impact Assessment (hereinafter EIA), have all been enclosed with the aforementioned application request;
