Loss due to Business Interruption: Decrease in business contribution margin and/or increase in operating costs / extraordinary expenses as a result of a loss covered by the policy affecting the physical goods. Contribution margin is defined as the Insured’s operational income minus variable costs.

7.1. Subject to the articles, a decision is taken at a directors' meeting by a majority of the votes of the participating directors.
7.2. Subject to the articles, each director participating in a directors' meeting has one vote.
7.3. Subject to the articles, if a director has an interest in an actual or proposed transaction or arrangement with the Company:
(a) that director's alternate may not vote on any proposal relating to it unless the interest has been duly declared (if so required by section 177 or section 182 CA 2006); but
(b) this does not preclude the alternate from voting in relation to that transaction or arrangement on behalf of another appointor who does not have such an interest.

I'm a professional translator and interpreter of
English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese, I'm holder of a university degree in translation and
interpretation from Universidad Central de Venezuela with 25 years of experience. I'm based in Peterborough (Cambs), United Kingdom. I have British nationality.
I'm a practical person with a great communication and customer service skills; I'm good at understanding what a customer is looking for in an Language Service Provider. I'm passionate about languages and I'm profoundly committed to the translation-interpretation profession.
Translation
I provide translation, interpretation, localization and DTP services to individuals and
companies in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Latin America and USA. I deliver assignments within set deadlines and
pay great attention to detail. My ultimate goal is to produce translation that not only is accurate and practical for the purposes it was commissioned, but which will also read as if it were an original text written by a subject matter expert in the target language. I take great pride in producing highly accurate research-led translation work that correctly matches the terminology of the industry of the source text.
