Les participants peuvent couvrir leurs émissions excessives en achetant des quotas auprès d’autres sources qui sont parvenues à réduire leurs émissions en dessous du plafond qui leur avait été alloué.

Los participantes pueden cubrir su exceso de emisiones comprando cuotas a otras fuentes que han conseguido reducir sus emisiones por debajo del nivel que se les hubo establecido.
