Hi there. I have a degree in French and Spanish language and literature, plus the diploma in translation from the London Institute of Linguists for English into Spanish. I have worked both as a full-time translator (holding the position of translation department manager at the Financial Times for 12 years) and freelance translator (for a number of agencies and charities) for 15 years. I have translation experience in a wide range of fields, from financial and technical to scientific and legal. I also specialise in the translation of website content. My mother tongue is Spanish and I have been living in London for 21 years. This includes 12 years as a full-time employee for the Financial Times, where I did translations from Spanish and French into English, so my pairs are Eng>Sp, Fr>Sp, Sp>Eng and Fr>Eng.
