As a native English speaker from the UK, I translate from German into English and Spanish into English.

I also offer interpreting services from Spanish into English (conferences, business meetings, legal settings) and bilateral Spanish <> English interpreting.

Thanks to my various qualifications and many years of translation experience, you can be sure that your texts are in good hands. I am also a member of the North West Translators Network here in the UK and have completed copywriting training with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

After working as an in-house translator at a large language service provider for many years, I have a good grasp of the translation industry and am confident handling a variety of subject matters, including technical content, so you can be sure your message will always get across.

I am also comfortable working in a variety of CAT tools, including Trados, Across and MemoQ. 

I've now been successfully freelancing since 2013. 

More recently, I've been working as a Trending Tab Coordinator for YouTube Germany, tracking and analysing popular trends, videos and channels for the German/Austrian territories, reporting on content and discussing how to leverage it with YouTube, as well as consulting on broader cultural media trends on and off the platform. You can be sure my grasp of current language trends in Germany is always up to speed! 

When I'm not working, I'm a passionate scuba diver, horse rider, traveller and reader (fiction!).
