Se realizaron cortes axiales consecutivos de la cavidad abdominopelvica, despues de la administracion de contraste oral e IV, observando:
Higado de densidad y volumen normal. No identifico lesiones focales ni difusas.
Vesicula y vias biliares sin evidencia de inflamacion, dilatacion ni calculos.
Los rinones captan el medio de contraste en forma opoprtuna. Opacifican cortezas renales de aspecto satisfactorio. No identifico lesiones focales ni difusas.
La excrecion del medio define sistemas pielouretrales de aspecto satisfactorio.
Pancreas y bazo sin alteracion desde el punto de vista escanografico. El medio de contraste avanza en tiempo oportuno dibujando asas intestinales de aspecto normal.
Se reviso la cavidad pelvica observando vejiga de paredes lisas sin evidencia de lesiones focales parietales ni signos de compresion extrinsica.
Lipoma a nivel de los tejidos blandos de la pared en flanco izquierdo.
Estructuras vasculares retroperitoneales de aspecto satisfactorio.

The kidneys capture the contrast medium opportunely. Opacified renal cortex with satisfactory aspect. No focal or diffuse lesions identified.
Excretion of the medium defines renal and urethral systems of satisfactory aspect.
Pancreas and spleen without alteration from the scanographic view.
The contrast medium advances opportunely revealing intestines of normal aspect.
The pelvic cavity was revised observing the smooth walls of the bladder with no evidence of focal parietal lesions or signs of extrinsic compression.
Lipoma in the soft tissue level on left side wall.
Retroperitoneal vascular structures of satisfactory aspect.
