español term

Artículo 15 (quince), Fracción I (uno romano)

español al inglés Negocios/Finanzas Negocios / Comercio (general) Corporate Law
In a New York law firm, you might see this written as «Article Fifteen (15)», etc. First, would you feel free to render the Spanish into more recognizably "idiomatic" legalese? Second, is "Fracción" in this context equivalent to "[Sub]Section"?
