Student's areas of need based on school occupational therapy assessments: Nestor demonstrated difficulty with the processing of vestibular and proprioceptive sensory input from the environment. Nestor has difficulty transitioning between activities with therapist and/or other school staff and maintaining a fitting activity level to focus on and accomplish given tasks indicating difficulty with sensory modulation skills.

Equipment recommendations: Dizzy disk, sit and move cushion, and weighted vest.
