(caps in original)

Google throws up loads of similar references - seems to be a standard turn of phrase - but I'm unsure especially about "en el día": does it just mean on this day/on the date hereof? or perhaps urgently/asap? or could it be something less obvious such as clearly/openly?

Discussion

AllegroTrans Feb 25, 2012:
Thanks petition for a writ of habeas corpus - that is VITAL context here
SierraMadre (asker) Feb 25, 2012:
all I have omitted are the dates and the order to the police, which is to withdraw a warrant for arrest. The doc is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
AllegroTrans Feb 24, 2012:
Asker this is not really very clear - can you post the wole of the sentence please? Is this part of a pleading? a court order? something else?

neutral AllegroTrans : your ref refers to patent wording; I am not sure that translation is applicable here

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks, I'm not fully convinced but this seems to be the more appropriate answer of the two."

Note from asker:
Thanks, but as it is the judge/court who is being petitioned to act "bajo responsabilidad" then perjury hardly seems appropriate.
