Hi, this term is from a sales contract and heads one of the clauses within it. This is the clause it heads:
"Las Partes declaran expresamente que el presente contrato constituye el único acuerdo, pacto o contrato entre ellas y que el mismo sustituye y deja sin efecto alguno cualesquiera otros acuerdos, pactos o contratos previos que pudieran haber existido entre ellas. En este sentido, tales acuerdos, pactos o contratos que pudieran existir quedan sin efecto alguno y sustituidos por el presente contrato."
I understand the concept, but as legal translation isn't my specialty, I'm not sure what term we use for this in English. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks

It is commonly called the "entire agreement" clause. Any of these terms could be used. In the US it is also known as the merger clause or integration clause. As a heading, I think you could use "entire agreement" or "sole agreement", or even some combination.

Based on the context, I would go with something like "This is the only agreement, covenant or contract the parties have signed..etc" (don't remember the rest of the source text). Perhaps "one and only agreement", although acuerdo unico could be interpreted as a "unique agreement", in this case it seems like what they want to point out is that this is the one and only agreement that exists between the two parties.
Example sentence:
This is the only agreement, covenant or contract the parties have signed.
