I have no context for this, it is a heading on its own in a staff training manual. The section for which it is a heading reads:
Potas: Sería bueno sobre todo para potenciar las ventas de productos con mucho stock y poca salida. Se logra motivar a las chicas y probablemente aumenten las ventas.

Pota squid exports are placed second among Peruvian fish exports after anchovy and first in local consumption due to the presence of a large number of pota squid in the Peruvian seaboard. The quota allocated for pota squid catch in 2005 is 250 000 tonnes, similar than in 2004.
