Status post

Homework / test inglés al español Medicina Medicina (general) Work Injury
This says, “status post a fall off a 14 foot ladder...".
What I'm trying to find out is a way of translating this because "status post" is something I've never come across. Does it basically mean it his injury was after a fall? Or how would you put this in Spanish? Please help
