"Según información remitida por la Gerencia de Aduana Principal de xxx, mediante memorándum No. xxx de fecha xxx, se autorizaron xxx kg de [producto 1] de los cuales se admitieron parcialmente xxxx kg. Al finalizar el proceso productivo se obtuvieron xxxx kg de [producto 2]. De esos se reexpidieron xxx kg de [producto 2], quedando un total de xxxxx kg por reexpedir. Estos no han sido reingresados en la aduana. Es importante destacar que al [producto 1] admitido parcialmente (xxx kg) se le realiza una rebaja de xxxx kg, siendo estos los requeridos para la elaboración de la mercancía reexpedida, quedando un total de xxxx kg para ser nacionalizados."

Asimismo, la **tasa de merma** expresada en la relación de insumo producto del material ingresado (coque de petróleo) es del 63,37 % cuando el histórico establece que es un 25 %."

Se trata de un régimen de admisión temporal para perfeccionamiento activo (es un mecanismo que permite recibir dentro de un territorio aduanero, con suspensión de derechos e impuestos de importación, ciertas mercancías destinadas a ser reexportadas en un período determinado, después de haber sufrido una transformación)

Explanation:

Shrinkage is inadvisable for UK 'consumption'. At the well-known London West End Department stores I used to student-job at, 'shrinkage' had been a euphemism for pilferage and shop-lifting by staff and became synonymous with theft.
