Finance (general)
I'm not sure of the specific term in English for this and can't seem to turn anything up. It's talking about the subsidiary structure of a company.
El consejo de administración aprueba que se vayan constituyendo o comprando filiales para la adquisición de los activos de manera que, en la medida de lo posible, cada nuevo activo sea adquirido por una nueva filial de la Sociedad y se vaya creando una estructura “peine”.

a "comb-like" structure
If it is written like "peine" in the original, then it is probably not an established term so you can do the same in English.

: Although without the inverted commas, as there is no need for them if you add the word "like" - or else a "comb" structure

On the far right of the graphic, it looks like a comb, espeacially if the boxes are narrowed.

: A tree diagram is generally referred to as an "Esquema/diagrama de arbol", though. The wya I see the comb is that it has all the teeth facing down, the straight bar across the top. But hard to say without a graphic.
