No obstante lo anterior, el contratante se reserva el derecho de efectuar los levantamiento batimétricos que estime necesarios ya sea con su propio equipo y personal o a través de la contratación de terceros, con todo el próposito de verificar los levantamientos.

"No obstante lo anterior" no sé, como que si no me suena técnico, por el contexto puedo traducirlo como "Without prejudice to the foregoing, the foregoing notwithstanding"
