Although, ‘Penalty’ losses have not been included
in this graph, they could easily be determined by
subtracting one value from another (ie. ‘Mitigation at
Panel’ minus ‘Mitigation at Loads’ would yield the
‘Penalty’ for mitigating the harmonic currents at the
panel rather than at the loads).
