it's is just that from a previous query today "cristales" was translated thus:

Spanish term or phrase: cristales de inmunofluorescencia.
a) marcaje mediante ACMO: siguiendo un modelo modificación del realizado por Tunney y cols (22), las muestras obtenidas tras la sonicación fueron centrifugadas, primero durante 10 minutos a 3,000 x g, y posteriormente, y tras desechar el sobrenadante y resuspender en un tubo Eppendorf, durante 20 minutos más a 10,000 x g., y posteriormente resuspendidas y colocadas en cristales de inmunofluorescencia.
Think it could be "immunofluorescence crystals" but can't see anything to back this up.
