I am working on the translation of a Project Management Course, and one of its chapters deals with cost control and management.
There are some terms I can't quite understand. The context is the following: In others, such as a *capital facilities project*, Project Cost Management can include this work.
I can't figure out if capital refers to money or something like "main facilities", "Headquarters", or what.
