A level Professor

agree Refugio : This is one time the hyphen cannot be omitted. An A-level instructor or lecturer (or teacher if at a secondary or primary school). Otherwise it sounds like an indefinite article.

Teacher of Class A

Regarding my choice of 'teacher', the context does not lead to the immediate assumption that this 'profesor' is going to work in college; quite the contrary, the only requirement is a 'Licenciatura', i.e. an undergraduate degree. As for 'class', that's what 'asignatura' means in Spanish: subject-matter (History, Geography, Spanish, Math, etc.), not level.
Peer comment(s):

Grade A classroom teacher

I think that rather than referring to A-levels, it's referring to the 'level' or 'grade' of teacher being employed (possibly for different salary levels).
