Even if it is basically only to wish them a nice weekend or comment on the weather. Some of the PMs really warm to this, and we have built up a friendly relationship. I find it a quick, painless and highly effective kind of marketing, and it is easier to raise questions when issues arise - I have an idea of how they will be received, and how to propose a solution. If the moaning gets serious, I consider dropping the client! | | |
