I am a CertTrans-qualified translator and English teacher based in Córdoba, Spain. I've lived here for many years and became fluent in Spanish through study and immersion.
I've worked in education for over ten years and prior to that I spent time doing short-term administrative contract work for the Ministry of Justice, HM Prison Service, the NHS and other private companies. My varied background has taught me to be resourceful and efficient, and I pride myself on delivering high quality products and service.
I have wide-ranging interests and enjoy working on diverse projects. I play guitar and sing in a choir, and one of my recent projects has been to create a short video course to help non-English speakers with the pronunciation in the songs we sing in English. I am currently working on translating an app that is in development and I am keen to find my next project.
