Welcome! Saludos! I used to work for a marketing firm that sold two separate marketing information databases. One they described as being 1,000 feet wide and 10,000 feet deep. The second, they described as being 10,000 feet wide and 1,000 feet deep. That's me! Very wide breadth of experience without being an acknowledged expert in any one area.

I have spent the last 9 years interpreting and translating English/Spanish, Spanish/English within a childhood early development program. Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Physical Therapy, Early Childhood Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and the Americans with Disabilities Act have all become part of my vocabulary. I have translated well over 3,000 initial evaluations and progress reports from this field.

Prior to dedicating myself to interpretation and translation, I held a distinguished career in sales/sales management in such fields as metrology/calibration, medical diagnostic equipment, radio and television transmission, CCTV security systems, international development, social services, monitoring and evaluation, and other diverse fields. 

In addition to interpretation and translation, I supply proofreading and editing services. In other words, I am attuned towards languages.

I have a very succinct translation philosophy: I only accept work that I am truly capable of performing- I will turn down offers to translate in areas in which I cannot provide a 100% accurate translation. I aim to translate the message and meaning rather than each individual word. And most importantly, I keep my word as to agreed upon deadlines.
