In Northern Ireland, talks to work out the details of largest free trade agreement in history have officially been launched. UK Prime Minister David Cameron launched the talks and officials feel that the agreement may reach finalization by the end of 2014. The European Union – United States Free trade Agreement will allow free trade between the European Union and the United States, which will virtually eliminate tariffs, import quotas, and preferences on the goods and services that are traded. This agreement works toward economic integration, allowing both countries to offer lower prices for distributers and consumers with the goal of benefiting the economies on both sides of the spectrum.
In the wake of a struggling European and American economy, Ego International professionals note that these trade negotiations may mean more for the average person than previously thought. The discussions and subsequent agreement will call for a tearing down of trade barriers between two of the world’s largest economies. Although these super powers have similar ambitions, the terms of the free trade agreement will take time to iron out. Both sides agree that nothing will be set in stone until the end of 2014, as both parties take time for research and planning.
While the agreement terms may not be definitive as of yet, there are two elements to the deal that both sides can benefit from. The free trade agreement will allow for a reduction of tariffs. A tariff often places a hefty tax on imports or exports between two countries. The agreement will also help to harmonize the regulations between the two countries in hopes of creating a system where trading flows more easily. Unbeknownst to many people, cheaper and easier trade can account for deep consumer discounts.
For instance, only about 1% of shoes sold in the U.S. are actually manufactured on American soil. While Americans are certainly not complaining about a shortage of footwear, Ego International professionals agree that importing foreign-made shoes can be quite expensive. Some tariffs boast rates as high as 66%, which results in a nice payout to the US Treasury department. In order to account for these tariffs, the price of a pair of shoes is often marked up so that the company can still make a profit.
Under the new free trade agreement, consumers may be able to purchase their favorite shoes at more reasonable prices. A pair of shoes that normally costs $10 will have been marked up after the company spend $3-$4 to bring the footwear across the border. Elimination of these types of tariffs could save consumers millions of dollars every single day. Many foreign car companies simply cannot compete with the safety standards and regulations of America. Some countries require airbag standards and crash tests that are simply not mandatory in other places. In order for these manufacturers to prosper when selling their cars to a new market, the regulations between the two markets must be comparable. The new free trade agreement will help to harmonize these safety standards across the board where manufacturers can test their vehicles using a similar method. If a manufacturer wishes to sell their vehicles in another country, they will only have to face one universal safety standard procedure.
Apart from the new market of vehicles that will be available to consumers, Ego International professionals note that the new free trade agreement will also reduce tariffs for dairy products sold between Europe and the U.S.

[0001] The invention relates to the construction of buildings used as housing, offices, commercial and industrial usages. More specifically, the invention relates to buildings needing very little energy for its usage and for its construction, and a method to build such buildings.
Description of known technologies
[0002] The heating of residential buildings or commercial use is an important part of energy consumption. The share of heating buildings is approximately 40% of the energy consumed by mankind. It seems increasingly desirable to minimize these energy losses. Many efforts have been made in recent years: roof insulation by installing layers of rock or glass fibers between the rafters, use of window frames with double or triple glazing, use of double walls with a vacuum in which a panel insulation is inserted. The insulation panels using mineral fibers or foam insulation is not always an ideal solution because these panels are supplied in predetermined dimensions, and must be cut according to the specific needs of the building. Cutting and fitting and installing of panels require knowledge and important time. Inaccuracies in cutting, fitting and joining cause heat loss. Finally, panel cutting to specific dimensions always results in an amount of waste.
[0003] We know by W02005/042854 a foundation for a building. A concrete slab 101 is poured onto blocks of expanded polystyrene 102, 102A, in a thickness of between 20 and 30 cm. Between two such blocks, a chord of 103 concrete slab 100 ensures the support of the load to the ground 108. These ribs 103 provide thermal bridges between the floor 108 and the interior of the building. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3 of this document, on periphery of the building, the peripheral flanges 303, 301 associated with vertical walls are a new thermal bridge. Finally, the slab 101 does not act as the foundation of the building, but requires, especially in soft soils, a foundation structure underlying elements 203 and 204 of Figures 2 and 3. These elements in turn require an excavation complex shape, and this excludes the automatization and industrialization of the process. This document addresses only part of a building's energy losses, namely the isolation from the underlying soil, but does not address the overall problem of the building.
[0004] We know by EP1607537 a building structure in which wood beams 20 forms the framing. Wood panels 21 and 22 are applied on inside and outside of this framework. Liquid polyurethane is injected into the voids thus formed, and develops as foam, which provides insulation. In this building, the beams 20 are thermal bridges between the inside and outside the building. Moreover, both joist 37 joins with the vertical walls of the building foundation and at the foundation level the continuity of the insulation is not properly secured.
[0005] It is therefore a need for a building method that providing good thermal insulation, which is easy to make, requiring little labor, and a method of constructing such a building that allows the industrialization of the construction process.

Sono stati fatti molti sforzi negli ultimi anni: isolamento del tetto installando strati di fibra di vetro o fibra di roccia tra le travi, utilizzo di finestre con doppi o tripli vetri e l'uso di doppi muri sotto vuoto con un pannello isolante al loro interno. I pannelli di isolamento fatti di fibre di minerali o polistirolo non sono sempre la soluzione ideale visto che questi pannelli sono forniti in dimensioni predeterminate e devono essere tagliati per l'utilizzo specifico all'interno di ogni edificio. Il taglio e la messa in posa dei pannelli richiede tempo ed esperienza. Eseguire tagli e messa in opera con poca cura porta inevitabilmente a perdite di calore. In fine il taglio dei pannelli in specifiche dimensioni risulta sempre in grandi perdite di materiale.
[0003] Comprendiamo dal W02005/042854 le basi delle fondamenta di un edificio. Una base di calcestruzzo (101) è posizionata su blocchi di polistirolo espanso (102, 102A), in uno spessore tra 20 e 30 cm. Tra i due blocchi, un costolone (103) di calcestruzzo (100) assicura il supporto del carico verso terra (108). Questi costoloni (103) fanno da ponti termici tra il piano (108) e l'interno dell'edificio. Oltre a questo, come mostrato nella Figura 3 di questo documento, all'esterno dell'edificio, i bordi perimetrali (303, 301) associati con muri verticali fungono da nuovo ponte termico.
