Interpreters Needed (ENGLISH-FRENCH/SPANISH; FRENCH-SPANISH) -BALI- 3 July 2024

We are currently looking for interpreters for:


English to/from Spanish
English to/from French
French to/from Spanish.

The venue will be in Bali, Indonesia, and the event is a three-day plenary event.

Language combinations needed are:
1. English (British) – Spanish (Spain)
2. English (British) – French (France)
3. French (France) – Spanish (Spain) This will be very much lower capacity as the conference will mostly be in English

1. Can you confirm the exact location? Conference centre TBC, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
2. What is the subject matter? Sustainable ocean development, ocean conservation and planning
3. How many people will be involved? Up to 300 people in the plenary event, we will also want to offer interpretation during the afternoon sessions for up to 80 people.
4. What is the starting time and total duration? 09:00 – 17:30 over three days, the morning plenary will run between 09:00 – 10:30 and then 11:00 to 12:30. Afternoon sessions will run from 14:00 to 17:30 with a half hour coffee break. Afternoon sessions will be breakout sessions with only one having interpretation.
