I obtained the Institute of Linguists post graduate Diploma, DPSI, in Spanish Interpreting and Translating, specialising in legal interpreting and translating, in 2000 and have since worked as a freelance interpreter and translator. 

I interpret for police witnesses  interpreting and translating statements. I successfully worked with Farmaempleo.com  for many years as a translator, translating from Spanish into English the certificates and papers needed to register with a professional Society and helping applicants through the process with their papers and applications.

I have translated deeds of sale for property, employment contracts, other contracts, C.V's.

I have interpreted during psychological assessments, during medical claim assessments as well as other types of report involving complaints or police reports about incidents in Spain for English relatives.

I obtained a B.A. honours in Literature (with units in linguistics) from the new University of Ulster.

I have an interest in writing, with some published, as well as a passion for language and love of translation.
