Texto de origen - inglés During the Validity of this agreement XXXX will provide XXX by 1st December of each year with a confidential tariff of quotation for group rates and individual rates for all components of all services (Including hotel accommodation, cruises, transport, transfers and excursion) to be provided to the clients of XXX between 1st April to 30th September and by 1st June for the services to be provided between 1st October to 31st March.

XXXX hereby declare that we do not have any physical or commercial presence in XXXXX or any place of management, branch, office, agency relationship in XXXXX or any other presence which may be construed as a Permanent Establishment or fixed base in XXXX as understood for tax purposes.
