I assume that DA stands for: anterior descending artery, but if this is correct, how does medial and distal come into play

Sue, I understand that CX media refers to the Medial Circumflex Artery-The problem exactly is with "DA media y distal" (I need to know specifically what this is, and also "de fino calibre"-what is this referring to here???? I placed the entire phrase so that it would be seen in context, but I still need clarification if possible.
