Un certain nombre d’exemples montrent la validité de cette approche , mais elle **demeure rare**, a fortiori lorsque les relations entre « partenaires » sont engluées dans des rapports post-coloniaux ou des représentations irréalistes sur ce que l’on peut attendre des coopérations.

Entiendo lo que dice, pero no se me ocurre cómo traducirlo.

agree  M. C. Filgueira: Yo diría simplemente "es poco frecuente". En francés, se suele emplear en estos casos los verbos "demeurer" y "rester", cuando nosotros tenderíamos a usar simplemente "ser".
