en este caso una de las personas entrevistadas se pregunta:
"why did they have doctors at the ramp, making those selections. They didn't examine people. Mostly they waved whole trainloads to the gas chamber".
¿Puede referirse a la rampa de salida de los vagones en los que iban los judíos? ¿O tiene otro significado?
