El ***aprovechamiento medio*** de un sector en suelo urbano o urbanizable se calculará dividiendo por su superficie el aprovechamiento objetivo asignado por el planeamiento a las distintas unidades de ejecución incluídas en el mismo, o, de no estar delimitadas, a los terrenos de dicho sector.

¿Cómo compararlo con "aprovechamiento objetivo"?
