I would think "Co" is for "comprimidos", but I'm not sure.

Presumably the terms refer to the "forma farmacéutica" (dosage form) of each medication.
Although "pastilla" is also generally a "tablet", I think in this case (Elidol, a medicine for sore throats) it refers to a "pastille" or "lozenge".
